I recently gave a interview to Antena 1, a national TV Station, about an entry of mine, a logo for an organic food european contest.

The logo was designed in a minimalist fashion, to ease it’s recognition and reproduction on different supports. The main keywords used to generate the creative brief were: health, nature, warmth and good living. As icons for such general words, I chose the leaves (symbolizing nature, ecology, environment) and a sun (the sun should stand for unity, warmth - it has tiny rays that remind of the stars used on the EU flag). The colors used stand for the aforementioned keywords, strengthening the message, wherever required. It’s concentric shape helps to focus the attention.
